Do you know how I can remove them?

You can use the stripHtml attribute as explained here: http://www.enesyssoftware.com/Products/EnesysRSDataExtension/Features/tabid/73/language/en-US/Default.aspx#Retrieve_data_from_any_SharePoint_listStripping_Html_tags
When using the Graphical Query Builder, you can use the property panel to set this property.
