Sorry for the delay.
On the report server, you just have to copy the license key into RSReportServer.config file as explained in the documentation (installation instruction). You must IISRESET when it has been done.
On the client (BIDS, Query Builder), the easiest approach is to uninstall and reinstall (it will not delete any reports already developed). When asked for the license key during the installation, copy your license key. It will automatically configure BIDS for you.
The next version will include a server configuration tool that will make the whole process easier.
