Did this report ever worked on your server or is it a new report?

Are you able to run other reports on your server?

What credentials are you using for this report?

Hi! Luc

Yes all my reports were working and now none of them are working, they have all the same error.

Windows authentication.

Hi Joel,

Well, if you haven’t upgraded ERSDE, I suppose something must have changed on your side.

Any architectural change?

Any change to the data source credentials used to execute the reports on the server level? Are you using one Shared data source for all the reports?

Anything else you could think of?

Working around the problem, for a reason, I don't know if it's because I have installed .netframework or one of the sys admin did something? When I change the Datasource on the server from portal.bishops.ca to the name of the server portal, it's partly working. Do you have an idea how I could fix this??

Bonjour! Frederic

No I didn't upgrade to 3 yet. To my knowledge I didn't touch the server.

In order to narrow down the problem, I would recommend:

  • building a very simple report with a simple list statement and publish it to the report server after having confirmed it is working properly in BIDS.
  • Creating 2 different Shared data source on the server. One using Windows Integrated Security credentials, the other one using credentials stored securely on the report server (use an account that has sufficient permissions to browse the site and the list used in your simple report).
  • Link your report to the first data source and try running the report.
  • Link your report the second data source and try running the report again.

Let me know how it goes.

Merci! Frederic

This morning I have the test and now everything is back to normal. I really appreciate your tips.
