Hi steven13,

We have recently fixed a bug in Enesys SharePoint Query Builder that caused those characters not to display correctly.
This bug should be corrected in the incoming version that will be released on Thursday.

In the mean time, you should be able to execute your query within BIDS (Business Intelligence Development Studio) without any problem.

Version 3.1 has been released.

It should solve the issue you have with cyrillic chars.
