Hi,
Have you tried running the report with Reporting Services in normal mode?
You should find more information in the reportserver_timestamp.log file located in the following directory "Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\MSSQL.2\Reporting Services\LogFiles".
You can send me this logfile at the following address: support@enesys.fr and I will have a look.
Please run the report once just before sending me the logfile.

Same error on the normal report server. went throught and added the dll and config changes to mssql.3. I cant figure out how the list could not be found as it works perfect on the Development machine. I think its auth or setup issue just cant figure out where.

I got it figured out. Our new portal that was being reported on, needed a host file entry to be seen by the report server as it was seeing the live sharepoint site that did not contain the list the 404 not found. I was not thinking because I checked the host file on the sharepoint box but forgot to check the ssrs server.
