we use version 3.0 to develop.now it's 3.2, we buy a group edition . is it can be used in 3.0?

Sure you can use you license key with all previous versions of Enesys RS Data Extension.
However, upgrading from version 3.0 to 3.2 is just a matter of installing the new version over the current one. There’s not much work involved.
