Hello,

I am creating a pretty simple report and one of the columns I want to display is a lookup that includes multiple links to other items. The column is called "Ticket Related Requests", thus I use "=Fields!Ticket_Related_Requests.Value" for this column.

When I preview/print my report, the column contents look as follows: item1;#ID1;#item2;#ID2;#item3 etc., since I guess they are read as a hash table.

What can I do in order to get rid of the hashes and the IDs and just display the item names with some separators, i.e. ";"?

Thank You in advance

Hi,

Are you using "Enesys RS Data Extension"? Sorry to ask this but this is unclear from either your post or your registration on our site.

I can't see any reason that a multi-value lookup column would not be parsed by our extension.

Which version are you using?

Yes, I am using Enesys RS Data Extension, sorry for not stating it.

I am not sure about the version since I am not at work anymore, I will check and come back to this issue, I think it was something with 1.3 or 1.4

edit: btw, the contents are parsed (I mean the item names appear normally), but the hashes and the item IDs are displayed as well. I will try to add screenshots asap

Hi,

You can get the exact version number by running the client configuration tool that is available in "Enesys RS Data Extension 2008" program group (for information, current version is 3.3 - 1.4 sounds like a very old version).

Please, send an email to support with some screen shot. Please also send your license key and I will be able to check in our database which version you may have.

As far as they tell me the version is "the free one".

I will follow with screenshots soon.

Hi,

We have stopped any development for the community edition a few years ago.

It does not provide support for 2007 features like "multi-values" lookup columns.
