Pricing and licensing changes

An unlimited number of users can run reports that use Enesys RS Data Extension as a data source.

Enesys RS Data Extension license is tied to a report server.

The Group Edition can be installed on one report server with 2 CPU max.

The Standard Edition can be installed on one server with 4 CPU max.

The Enterprise Edition can be installed on any number of servers within one company. There is no limit on the number of CPU for each server.

Dual-Core and Quad-Core processors count as one CPU.

A developer is a user building a report using either BIDS or Enesys Query Builder.

With a single license, you can report over multiple SharePoint servers owned and used  by your company.

We have decided that we will provide the code source with the Enterprise Edition of Enesys RS Data Extension.

We will be able to deliver the code source sometimes around September after we have completed license necessary addendums as well as well as a convenient process outside of our Continuous Integration server.

All licenses include a one year support. Technical support is offered through our forum or by email.

The Group Edition and Standard Edition licenses, includes a 24h guaranteed response time.

The Enterprise Edition includes a 12h guaranteed response time. Support may also be provided through GotoMeeting sessions for the Enterprise Edition.

By purchasing a license you are eligible to receive all major and minor versions released within one year from the purchase date.

Enesys usually releases 2 major versions 2 times a year.

The Enterprise Edition license provides a specific 4 hours assistance.

You can use those 4 hours the way you like:

• You would like to have a few reports built in no time while your team is learning "Enesys RS Data Extension" and Reporting Services. We can build those reports for you.
• You would like to get the basics of Enesys RS Data Extension and the report designer through a GotoMeeting session.
• You encounter some difficulties for building some specific report. We can try to find a solution for you.

Enesys SharePoint Query Builder is a client tool that let's you build queries that can be used for reporting over SharePoint lists and data using Enesys RS Data Extension.
